If Adrian get's hot...

If you look at the stats Adrian Beltre's line for the season it doesn"t look bad. In fact it looks quite good. .313/.348/.516 and and an OPS of .863. He went 3 for 5 last night with a moonshot onto Green's Hill. But I have not thought he looked comfortable all season long. He looked quite comfy last night. If he get's on the kind of roll he is capable of...not good for the rest of the American League. Adrian may ne the most important hitter in the lineup. Not just because he hits 4th, but because of the pitches he causes Hamilton to see.  He is so valuable to the overall dynamic of the offense when he is playing. Texas scored 10 runs in 36 innings in the three games he missed...7 runs in his first game back. We start a three game series against Tampa tomorrow, one of the better staffs Texas will face all year. It will be very comforting to watch Adrian hit when he is comfortable at the plate.
